Regulars Marketing ("we," "us") is a marketing agency for independent restaurants and cafés, operating at regularsmarketing.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our messaging programs, and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you include when you fill out a form on this site, subscribe to our newsletter, or message us through the chat widget.

Basic technical information needed to serve the site (such as IP addresses processed by our hosting provider). We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries, provide our services, send messages you have signed up for (such as our newsletter or text updates), and improve how we work. We only send marketing messages to people who have opted in, and every message includes a way to opt out.

Text messaging and consent

If you opt in to text messages, we send them via our messaging platform. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent records are never sold or transferred for marketing use.

Who we share information with

Only the service providers that make this site and our communications work: our website host (Cloudflare), our form processor (Formspree), and our customer-communication platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We never sell your information.

Retention and your choices

We keep contact records and consent history for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements. You can unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email, stop texts by replying STOP, or ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@regularsmarketing.com.

Children

This site and our messaging programs are intended for adults and business owners, not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
